Start a crypto exchange from your garage rig.

BAGWORK is a pixel-art exchange tycoon on Solana. List coins on your servers, collect the fees, grow from a dusty garage rig to a Genesis SI Core, and take a share of a USDC pool that pays out every day.

The pool is funded only by the trading fees of the $WORK token. Every number on this page comes straight from the game's rules.

01Quick start

  1. ConnectOpen bagwork.fun and connect Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. On mobile, open it inside your wallet's browser.
  2. List a coinYour free Garage Rig is ready. Pick Blue-chip, Altcoin or Memecoin and wait for the timer.
  3. CollectTap “VAULT FULL · COLLECT” to bank Fee Points (FP) and climb the leaderboard.
  4. Earn USDCBuy a licensed server to get Power. Collect at least once a day and you share tonight's payout.

02Servers

Servers are your exchange. Each one produces Fee Points while it runs a listing, and every paid server adds Power, your share of the daily pool. Bigger classes give more Power per dollar.

ServerPriceFP / hour (Lv1)Power per $1Max level
Garage RigFree1005
Server Rack$580×1.0010
Data Center$20360×1.0515
Quantum Engine$751,500×1.1020
SI Trading Core$2505,600×1.1525
Genesis SI Core$800 → $1,1807,000×1.2525

Only 20 Genesis SI Cores will ever exist. Each sale raises the next price by $20. Servers are paid in USDC or SOL.

03Listing coins

A server earns while it runs a listing. Longer listings pay more per hour, but memecoins can rug.

ListingDurationOutputRisk
Blue-chip2h×1.00None
Altcoin6h×1.15None
Memecoin12h×1.5015% rug
  • Rug: the whole listing's Fee Points are lost. Your server and Power are untouched.
  • Hack: leave a full vault for more than 8h and you lose 10% of it.
  • Bull market: timed events where listings started during the event earn ×2.
  • New player boost: ×2 output for your first 72h.
  • You can cancel a running listing at any time. It ends with no payout.

04Upgrades, office & staff

Upgrades

Pay Fee Points plus a small amount of $WORK to level up a server. Each level adds +25% output. The $WORK you pay is burned, and its dollar value is added to your Power, as long as there is room under the capacity lock.

Office floors

You start with 2 slots (one holds the Garage Rig). Seven office floors unlock up to 9 slots: $3, $5, $8, $12, $18, $25, $35.

Staff

StaffPriceEffect
Market Maker$15+10% all output
Security Lead$10No hack losses, rug risk 15% → 10%
Marketer$12+15% on altcoins and memecoins

Staff boost Fee Points and leaderboard climbing. They do not change your pool share.

05Power & the daily pool

Every dollar you spend on a licensed server becomes Power: $1 = 1 Power × the class bonus. The daily pool is split between all active servers by Power.

$WORK trades→1% creator fee→converted to USDC→reward wallet→daily pool
  • 100% of the creator fee goes to the pool. The team keeps none of it.
  • At 00:00 UTC the day closes: 90% is paid out to players, 10% goes to the Treasury.
  • If a payout would fall below 70% of the previous day, the Treasury tops it up. It smooths out quiet days.
  • Only servers you collected at least once that day earn. Show up daily.
  • The home screen shows tonight's payout, your estimated share and the Treasury balance live.

Example

$WORK trades $300,000 in a day → $3,000 in fees → $2,700 paid out, $300 to the Treasury. If total Power is 33,750 and you hold 1,150 Power (a $1,000 SI Trading Core), your share is $92 for that day.

06Capacity lock

New server sales are capped by real trading volume, so a crowd of buyers can never dilute the pool into nothing. When the market is full, it reopens as volume grows.

Max Power = 3-day avg volume × 1% × 90% ÷ 8%

At full capacity each Power earns about 8% a day at the volume of the last three days. If volume drops later, daily rewards drop with it. Upgrades count toward the cap too: when it is full, upgrades still raise output but add no Power.

07Licenses & repairs

License

  • Paid servers come with a 30-day license. Renewing costs 50% of the server price, or 45% in the last 5 days.
  • After expiry there is a 3-day grace period. After that the server stops earning pool rewards until renewed.

Repairs

  • Servers wear out over 15 days. A repair costs 10% of the server price in $WORK, and that $WORK is burned.
  • Overdue servers run at half Power. Repair opens 5 days early, and repairing early keeps your remaining days.

08Leaderboards & prizes

Week points are the Fee Points you collect during the week. Spending FP never lowers them. There is a weekly and a monthly board.

  • 7% of all server, office, staff and license sales fund the weekly prize pool; 3% fund the monthly one.
  • Top 10 split it: 25 / 18 / 13 / 10 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 / 4 %. Unfilled ranks roll over to the next period.
  • Prizes land in your claim balance as USDC when the week (Monday 00:00 UTC) or month ends.

09Claiming

  • Claim any time once you have $1 or more. USDC is sent straight to your wallet.
  • A 2% claim fee goes back into the pool.
  • Up to $500 per day; anything above stays in your balance for tomorrow. 10 minutes between claims.

10Referrals

Share your invite link from the Pool tab. You earn 5% of every purchase your friends make, paid from the team's share and added to your claim balance.

11$WORK token

  • Launched on pump.fun as a $WORK / NVDA pair on Solana. Fixed supply, no minting, ever.
  • A 1% creator fee is taken on trades. After each fee claim it is converted to USDC and sent to the reward wallet. That is the daily pool.
  • Utility: $WORK pays for upgrades and repairs, and every token spent there is burned.
  • The more $WORK trades, the bigger the daily pool and the more servers the market can sell.

The token address will be posted here and on the official channels at launch. Only trust the address shown on bagwork.fun.

12Transparency

Every burn and every claim is a public Solana transaction. The game lists the treasury, reward and fee wallets with recent burns and claims at bagwork.fun/api/transparency. Daily pool history is in the Pool tab.

13FAQ & risks

Is the daily payout guaranteed?

No. It depends entirely on $WORK trading volume. Busy days pay more, quiet days pay less. The Treasury smooths dips but cannot replace volume.

Do I need to play every day?

To earn the pool, yes: a server earns that day's share only if you collected it at least once that day.

Can I play for free?

Yes. The Garage Rig is free and earns Fee Points and leaderboard prizes. Pool rewards need a licensed server.

Which wallets work?

Any Solana wallet that supports the Wallet Standard: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and more. On phones, open the game in your wallet's built-in browser.

What is SI?

Super-intelligence: the top server classes in BAGWORK are SI trading cores.

BAGWORK is a game. Nothing here is financial advice. Crypto is volatile, and you can lose what you spend. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
